GemCap UK Limited (FRN 924419) is an appointed representative of Connexion Capital LLP (FRN 480006), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and provides Distribution Oversight to BCP which is acting as a Distributor and is responsible for the oversight of all distribution arrangement for the sub-funds it promotes.
